As we reach the last few weeks of 2016, we’re also reaching the end of our current program term at the Library.  Our weekly children’s programs will run until Saturday, December 10.  At that point, our staff members will be taking a brief breather over the holidays before weekly children’s programs resume on Monday, January 9.  During our downtime, our staff members will be running some special children’s programs though.

Who Stole Santa’s Bag is an after-hours program for children ages 9 to 12 on Friday, December 16.  Please note that a signed permission form (available at the Library) must be returned by Wednesday, December 14 to register for this program.

We’ll be showing The BFG on Saturday, December 17 at 2:00 pm, and Home Alone on Thursday, December 22 at 6:30 pm for families of all ages.

Aspiring directors ages 8 to 12 can join us for Lego Movie Maker on Wednesday, January 4 at 2:00 pm.

Finally, a Minecraft Marathon is in the works for children ages 9 to 12 on Friday, January 6, starting at 10:00 am.  Participants with their own devices are encouraged to bring them along!
